Last weekend, we held our DOOM closed beta event and it was a <em>blast</em>. There’s nothing more fun than popping into a livestream and watching new players compete while learning the game’s mechanics for the first time. After the end beta ended, we saw a ton of great fan content – so much so that we decided to dedicate this Bethesda High Five to some of our favorite player creations from the closed beta. View 
QUAKE Feb 26, 2019 Server Reorganization
On Tuesday, February 26, we will be reorganizing the datacenter selection menu to better illustrate which geographical regions each datacenter serves, and we will be spooling down servers that split population regions. By expanding coverage for each location in this way, players should see shorter queue times and have access to a wider pool of players for closer skill-based matchmaking. View

DOOM Jul 29, 2016 DOOM – Free Update #2 Now Available
Today we’re heating things up with the launch of DOOM’s Free Update #2. The second free game update for DOOM introduces a Hell of a lot, starting with two new multiplayer game modes: Sector and Exodus. Sector is a new capture and hold mode, while Exodus brings the thrill of one-flag capture the flag to DOOM multiplayer. We’ve also introduced several new SnapMap features, including Hell-themed environments and modules, launch pads, a “Recently Played” map list, and a “Find Open Match” public matching browser, which makes it easier to group up and play with others. Update #2 features many other game improvements and optimizations for all modes. View
