DOOM Jul 29, 2016 DOOM – Free Update #2 Now Available
Today we’re heating things up with the launch of DOOM’s Free Update #2. The second free game update for DOOM introduces a Hell of a lot, starting with two new multiplayer game modes: Sector and Exodus. Sector is a new capture and hold mode, while Exodus brings the thrill of one-flag capture the flag to DOOM multiplayer. We’ve also introduced several new SnapMap features, including Hell-themed environments and modules, launch pads, a “Recently Played” map list, and a “Find Open Match” public matching browser, which makes it easier to group up and play with others. QUAKE Aug 17, 2016 For the Fans, By the Fans – The QuakeCon Experience

This year was my first time experiencing this epic con, and I can honestly say it may be my new favorite show. Now in its twenty-first year, North America’s largest LAN party is a heartfelt love letter to all fans of gaming. QuakeCon isn’t just for the fans, it’s also by the fans. Every year, dedicated volunteers come together to help stage the entire show. They lay cable in the BYOC, set up the exhibit halls, manage the rowdy show floor and so much more. The show really wouldn’t be possible without them. That’s why Bethesda interviewed these fans to produce a documentary that shines the spotlight on these individuals and what they do every single year to make sure QuakeCon is amazing for everyone attending.
