This week’s High Five has a bit of a twist – we’re throwing five questions over the pond to Jack “Jackademus” Lawrence, a freelance comic book artist out of the UK by day and a dashing Bosmer Vampire Nightblade in The Elder Scrolls Online by night. Jack’s impressive artwork has been featured in such comics such as Skylanders, Doctor Who Adventures and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. We wanted to chat with Jack since his experiences in ESO have inspired him to create comic-styled drawings of characters featured within Tamriel. View

DOOM Jun 30, 2016 DOOM – Update #1 Now Available
DOOM’s first post-launch game update is now live on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Steam. Update #1 introduces several new features, including a Photo Mode for taking in-game screenshots, and a new weapon placement view option, which centers your weapons similar to the original game. The update also includes improvements, optimizations and fixes for more commonly reported bugs. See below for a full list of everything in Update #1. View

Executive Producer Marty Stratton put it very simply when he <a href=/#en/events/game/bloody-and-relentless-doom-will-test-your-skills/2015/07/13/4>revealed DOOM</a> to the world at BE3 2015: “DOOM’s about badass demons, big f’ing guns and moving really, really fast.” Seeing as we had 3D printed the Cyberdemon for 10 lucky DOOM winners during the DOOM open beta, and we weren’t really sure how to 3D print “moving really, really fast,” we turned our attention to big f’ing guns instead. With Vault-Tec Workshop – the game’s latest add-on, releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on July 26 – custom Vault living comes to Fallout 4. Now’s your chance to <em>build</em> your very own Vault, complete with tons of new items. QUAKE Jul 21, 2016 QuakeCon 2016 Lineup
QuakeCon 2016 opens on Thursday, August 4 at 10am CT and will run through 12pm CT on August 7. The Annual QuakeCon Welcome will kick-off at 3pm CT and will feature a special look at Quake Champions in addition to attendee-exclusive gameplay presentations of Prey and Dishonored 2. For those that can’t make it in time for Thursday’s Annual QuakeCon Welcome, Arkane Studios’ Harvey Smith and Raphael Colantonio will take the stage once again on Saturday, August 5 at 2pm CT for encore presentations of Prey and Dishonored 2 – exclusively for attendees.
