When it comes to leading the team of talented artists at Arkane Studios, one of my guiding principles is: <em>Art is not graphics.</em> Even if you have the best technology in the world, if your design is weak, the final results will be weak. You will have graphics with no clear message. With Dishonored 2, we once again tried to raise the bar with art and design, and it began with the setting. When building Karnaca, we considered every detail – from the tallest mountain peak to the smallest item tucked away in the corner of a room. First appearing in DOOM II, the Mancubus quickly gained a reputation as something you really do not want to encounter in a dark corridor. This is probably due to it being a fleshy, hulking biped approximately the size of said dark corridor with flamethrowers for arms, constantly dripping fangs and a disturbingly high tolerance for pain. The Elder Scrolls Aug 31, 2016 The Elder Scrolls: Legends - Monthly Card Reveal
One of the great things about working on a digital card game like The Elder Scrolls: Legends is that we have a variety of ways to release content. Today, we’re going to introduce one of Legends’ most unique ways to shake things up: monthly cards. The monthly card will be revealed with about ten days to go in each month and you’ll earn them based on your ranked progress. You earn one copy of the monthly card for each major constellation you reach: 1 for Mage, 2 for Warrior and 3 for Thief. If you can’t quite reach Thief, no worries. Monthly cards can be soul summoned after they’re released. They’ll also be added to the Arena! View
