Wolfenstein: Youngblood & Cyberpilot Now Available

The next chapter of the Wolfenstein saga has begun and the streets of Paris are waiting for you to take them back from the Nazis.

Partner up to face off against the Nazi threat in Wolfenstein: Youngblood, and strap on your VR headset to hack your way through Paris in Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot. Both Youngblood and Cyberpilot are out now across all platforms. Youngblood is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Nintendo Switch; Cyberpilot is a VR-exclusive title available on PC and PlayStation 4. MachineGames and Arkane Lyon partnered to work on both projects, and they are excited to welcome you to the world of Wolfenstein.

We first began collaborating on these projects with Arkane Lyon after the launch of Dishonored: Death of the Outsider and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and this has been an amazing experience for both MachineGames and Arkane. We have both grown as studios throughout this process, broadening our respective expertise and delivering a game that could only come from both of our studios working together.

With Youngblood, we stepped into the world of cooperative gameplay, allowing our players to take on the roles of BJ Blazkowicz’ remarkable twin daughters, Jess and Soph. We jumped a short way into the future, bringing our young heroines to the streets of an alternate history 1980s Paris as they fight Nazis and hunt for their missing father. We have loved telling this new story from a fresh perspective (or two) with our friends in Lyon.

Cyberpilot was another first for both of our studios. We were excited to take on the challenge of virtual reality together. From careful planning and testing to avoid the pitfalls of motion sickness, to ensuring the Wolfenstein DNA is clearly present in this new format, this has been an incredible journey for both of our studios.

We are so thrilled that both games are now out for you to experience. If you happen to be picking up both games, we urge you to try to hunt down the connections between the two stories. Youngblood and Cyberpilot stand on their own, but there are definitely interesting ties for those who seek them out.
