DEATHLOOP

We have two more tried-and-trusted DEATHLOOP loadouts for you to check out.

This week they come to us from Systems Designer Laurene Jechoux and Wilfred Brownell, one of our talented QA testers. Dress for success with The Professional and strike fear into the hearts of Eternalists everywhere with The Hunter. If you missed our first part in this series, you can find it here. Check out a new batch of highlighted loadouts next week!

The Professional

Wilfred Brownell, Bethesda Softworks QA Tester, does his job and he does it well. Cleanly. Quickly. A true professional, one might say.

  • Weapons: Vopat Trencher with Double Tap perk | LIMP-10 with Vampire perk | Rapier with More Bang perk
  • Weapon Trinkets: Big Box, Speedloader, Hailfire (Vopat Trencher) | Vampire, Stopping Power, Mind Leech, Hailfire (LIMP-10) | Sure Shot, Shock Absorber, Crack Shot (Rapier)
  • Abilities: Aether with Erase and Flicker upgrades | Shift with Reach and Airborne upgrades
  • Character Trinkets: Never Say Die | Spring Heeled | Juiced Up | Sprinter

“The name of the game with this build is Style + Substance,” says Brownell. “This build gives me the option to either stand and fight or retreat with grace. Throw on Colt’s Rambler skin for a little extra flair. It looks great with this combo.”

The Hunter

Leave your mark on enemies with the Hunter loadout, a Fourpounder-focused selection loved by Systems Designer Laurene Jechoux.

  • Weapons: Fourpounder with Hunter’s Mark perk | Fourpounder with Marked for Death perk
  • Weapon Trinkets: Big Box for both Fourpounders
  • Abilities: Up to you, this is primarily a dual-wielding build
  • Character Trinkets: Deep Pockets | Fast Hands | Stab & Grab

“This loadout is about using one Fourpounder to tag, and the other to do more damage to tagged opponents,” says Jechoux. “It’s a tag and kill, basically. For me, it’s a great way to utilize dual-wielding. The only downside is the lack of ammo, but that’s what the Deep Pockets character Trinket is for, and the addition Big Box weapon Trinkets for both guns. You can also use Fast Hands to reload crazy fast, and if you run out of ammo? Just melee your enemies to get more with Stab & Grab!”
