QUAKE® PRO LEAGUE STAGE 1 RECAP
Over the past eleven weeks the Quake® Pro League Pros and Challengers have shed blood, sweat and tears for the opportunity to forever instill their name into the World Championship Belt. Our Quakecon 2019 runner-up COOLLERZ fought through valiantly throughout Stage 1 regular season matches to secure himself a top seed. At the Stage 1 Finals in Lucca. Italy COOLLZERZ showcased to his fans and storybook fashion, clinically deconstructed his opponents including 3-0’ing the former World Champion K1llsen! After more than 10 years of placing as a top 3 finisher, COOLLERZ has secured his legacy on the belt is our current World Champion! Congratulations!

UPDATED QUAKE® PRO LEAGUE FORMAT
We thank you for cheering along with us all through Stage 1 and appreciate all the suggestions you guys have given us! We’ve taken all your feedback into consideration and made some changes. Thus, in Stage 2 our league will be switching from a swiss style scheduling to a round-robin schedule. Players will have a different opponent every week and with this the Stage 2 schedule can be released NOW! As seen, the Stage 2 schedule will carry over the holidays with a four week break, and a one week break before our Stage 2 Finals at IEM in Katowice, PL!
Additionally, the round robin format creates the opportunity to integrate the Americas and EU/CIS broadcast into one cohesive show. To provide an improved schedule the broadcast will be starting at 4:00 PM CET / 9:00 AM CT. Tune every Sunday at www.twitch.tv/quake!

UPDATED QUAKE® CHALLENGERS FORMAT
Stage 1 Challengers was an unbelievable show of skill, demonstrating what Quake’s rising stars had to offer. After listening to our Challengers’ feedback, we are going to try something new to spice things up and give everybody a fighting chance. In Stage 2, Challengers will span 9 weeks; 8 weeks where 2 players will be qualifying each week in which they will sit in wait to play in a 16-person double elimination bracket week 9. Top two players in both the Americas Region and EU/CIS region will be flown out to our Quake Pro League Stage 2 Finals in IEM, Katowice for a chance to earn their spot in the league and etch their name on the World Championship Belt!
