DOOM® Eternal

-and those that tasted the bite of his sword named him…THE DOOM SLAYER

From the first moment we booted up DOOM (2016), we were gripped.
The incredible designs of Hell’s savage demons, the crushing impact of the weapons and the raw power of being behind the visor of the DOOM Slayer is an intoxicating combination.

And then there’s the music. Oh man, the music.

In this callback to a behind-the-scenes video with DOOM (2016)’s composer Mick Gordon, we see what drove Mick’s creative process and how it created one of the hardest, rawest, head-bangingest and plain DOOMiest game soundtracks around. If you’ve never seen it before, you gotta check it out!

Join us next time as we dig up Part 2 in this video series, where Mick shares how he literally injected DOOM (2016)’s sound with raw energy. And of course, you should do yourself a favor and listen to the original game soundtrack in case your day needs a kickstart:
